Indian athletes are geared up to compete in various sports categories and events on Day 4 of the Paris Paralympics. The day’s action will begin with Para-Badminton, a discipline that has shown promising results during the group stages.
In Para Shooting, a medal is again up for grabs as Avani Lekhara and Sidhartha Basu will participate in the Mixed 10m Air Rifle SH1 Prone Qualification. Paracycling events will include the men’s 1000m time trial and women’s 500m time trial. Jyoti Gaderiya is one of the notable cyclists expected to compete.
Judokas to start their campaign
Para Judokas Kapil Parmar and Kokila Kaushik will kick off their campaigns in the first round, aiming to advance to the finals in their respective weight classes. In Para Athletics, Rakshitha Raju will compete in the 1500m T11 round, while Ravi Rongali takes part in the Shot Put F40 final. Later in the day, Nishad Kumar and Rampal will contest the Men’s High Jump T47 final.
